Established in 2016 by Thomas O'Keefe, TFO Investigations combines over 100 years of combined expertise from highly decorated local, state, and federal law enforcement professionals, as well as distinguished commanders from the United States military Special Forces. Combined Experience
Thomas O'Keefe spent over 30 years in law enforcement. Most of his time spent was with the Miami Dade Police Department where he was assigned to the Organized Crime Bureau and the Narcotics Bureau. Thomas O'Keefe is a highly decorated law enforcement officer who spent an entire career leading complex investigations which involved international narcotics operations, money laundering, kidnapping and many other organized crime cases. His career highlights include numerous commendations; a seizure of currency in excess of $150,000,000; featured in Life Magazine as the "real Miami Vice"; guest on the TV show Nightwatch hosted by Charlie Rose; technical adviser for the TV show Miami Vice; seizures for multiple Departments in the hundreds of millions of dollars; numerous Bronze Medal of Valor awards from the Miami Dade Police Department; PBA Detective of the Year(3 times); US Customs Service award; Outstanding Law Enforcement Award from the United States Attorney's Office; nominated for "Top Cop" award in Washington DC.
